These terms of sale define the procedure for ordering and paying for goods offered on our website.

The supplier (Seller) of the goods is "TIJANA DIMITRIJEVIĆ ŽARKOVIĆ PR MONOKINI & BIKINI". A buyer of goods is a visitor to the web shop who selects at least one product, puts it in the basket, pays with a payment card, a bank or post order, and sends the order to the Seller. Through the web shop www.monokinibikini.com, the customer can purchase all products that are on the Seller's website.

The owner of the website is ""TIJANA DIMITRIJEVIĆ ŽARKOVIĆ PR MONOKINI & BIKINI", with headquarters at KRALjA PETRA PRVOG 38, 37220, Brus, Srbija (registry number 67425766, PIB 114241846) and activity code 4791 - Retail trade by mail order or via the Internet. 

All prices on the website are shown with VAT included.

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via public
network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently state-of-the-art cryptographic technologies.

Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the complete billing process is done on the bank's website. Not even one payment card information is currently not available to our system.

ORDERING

Products are ordered through the website and are irrevocable. If the seller is not able to deliver all the ordered products, he will deliver the available ones from the selected products, and he will inform the Customer about this by e-mail (telephone) indicating the delivery of the remaining products. With the delivery of those products, they will send the Customer an e-mail within the stipulated period for the delivery of the remaining products.

PAYMENT

Cash on delivery
During delivery, the goods can be paid to the courier only in cash.

Card Payment
The Buyer will pay the ordered products with delivery costs (if any) to the Seller by payment card.
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently the most modern technology. Data security when purchasing with MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Dina and American Express cards is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Corvus Pay, so the entire payment process is performed on the pages of the hpp integrator Corvus Pay. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.

All product prices are clearly stated on the website and TIJANA DIMITRIJEVIĆ ŽARKOVIĆ PR MONOKINI & BIKINI is not registered in the VAT system. 

DELIVERY IN THE TERRITORY OF SERBIA

Packages on the territory of Serbia are delivered by the courier service Post Express, and the delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. Delivery costs on the territory of Serbia are charged for 550 RSD.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Packages that are delivered outside the territory of Serbia will be delivered within 5 to 14 days from the order by DHL. There is a possibility that your package will arrive outside of the scheduled time, which solely depends on the current measures in force in your country, but also on the customs clearance process in your country.

IMPORTANT: Monokini&Bikini does not cover fees, taxes and other costs that may arise during customs clearance in your country. These costs are borne solely by the customer and are not included in the price you pay on the site.

OBLIGATIONS AND FEES

International packages may have additional duties, charges and fees as determined by your local customs authorities. All possible additional delivery costs are borne solely by the customer. Please refer to your local customs website for further information. 

If you notice any damage to the delivered package, please notify us by e-mail at info@monokinibikini.com so that we can resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Postage costs are also clearly displayed. The cost of postage may vary depending on the total amount of the order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@monokinibikini.com.

In case of return of goods and refund of funds to a customer who has previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, TIJANA DIMITRIJEVIĆ ŽARKOVIĆ PR MONOKINI & BIKINI is obliged to make the return exclusively
via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will upon request the seller to refund the funds to the account of the cardholder.

All user/customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need the data to perform their work.
