When measuring yourself, please ensure that the tape is snug but not too tight. Here's how to measure each area:

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.

Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 20 cm or 8 inches below your waist.
